　　Job information

　　1. Responsible for the management of the research and development process of each project in the Pharmacology Department, control all aspects of the project research and development, coordinate the project progress and the cooperation of various departments of the Pharmacology Department

　　2. Responsible for designing pharmacological related topics, leading the team to carry out pharmacological related experimental research

　　3. Responsible for the writing of approval materials related to pharmacology and toxicology experiments, etc.

　　Qualifications:

　　1. Pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, epidemiological investigation or biostatistics related majors, doctoral degree or master's degree with more than 3 years of work experience

　　2. Familiar with relevant experimental methods of pharmacology and toxicology, able to independently undertake the construction of new drug screening models in vivo and in vitro, activity screening, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics evaluation

　　3. Have certain project management experience, clear working ideas, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems

　　4. Strong writing ability, familiar with new drug registration and patent application process

　　5. Good communication skills and collaboration spirit, strong sense of responsibility, experience in preclinical pharmacology, toxicology and clinical pharmacology evaluation of new drugs is preferred
