　　Job Responsibilities:

　　1. Skillfully complete the chemical reaction of the project experiment, make a more comprehensive analysis and judgment on the results, and complete the experiment report;

　　2. Complete compound synthesis route design, route screening, process optimization and technical research according to the literature;

　　3. Independently complete the project work, solve simple problems in the experiment, and complete the experiment record and experiment report clearly and completely;

　　4. Be able to operate in accordance with the standards of the experimental device, use reagents, equipment, etc. safely, and follow the experimental management safety system;

　　Qualifications:

　　1. A master’s degree in medicinal chemistry or organic synthesis or a bachelor’s degree with more than two years of work experience;

　　2. Have rich experience in organic synthesis laboratory, familiar with various organic synthesis operations, solid professional knowledge, skilled in experimental operation;

　　3. Proficiency in spectral analysis and separation and purification technology;

　　4. CET-6, proficient in literature retrieval and reading technical materials in English;

　　5. Be honest, rigorous, responsible and self-motivated, love organic synthesis work, have teamwork and innovation spirit, and have strong learning ability.
