　　1. Responsible for the scheduling of production in each workshop to ensure the balanced production of the whole company and the completion of production instructions. Responsible for safety and fire management within the department;

　　2. Participate in the evaluation of suppliers, and be responsible for the inspection and audit of the procurement of spare parts for production;

　　3. Master the production progress, coordinate and solve relevant problems in production, and be responsible for handling various working relationships inside and outside the department. Strengthen on-site management and monitor the production environment, sanitation and the whole production process;

　　4. Participate in the preparation of technical transformation plan and company development investment plan; participate in equipment purchase, project demonstration and engineering verification. Do a good job in equipment management;

　　5. Participate in the company-wide GMP assessment and the compilation and review of related SOPs. Responsible for drafting, formulating and revising product process regulations, sanitation management, equipment management standards and operating procedures, equipment verification programs, etc. Responsible for approval and training, responsible for the process of implementing the process regulations, responsible for the implementation of the "Specifications" and product quality;

　　6. Review and evaluate batch records and batch packaging records, and review batch production records and batch packaging records that have completed key steps to ensure that various important deviations have been investigated and corrective measures have been taken;

　　7. Workers who have served as directors of pharmaceutical GMP workshops are given priority.
